In connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, please read the information on the storage of personal data by REFSYSTEM Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Grudziądz.

8. The data may be made available only to entities servicing the Administrator or its subcontractors.
9. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have certain rights, including:
a) the right to access your personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes data and information regarding such processing;
b) the right to rectify data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete;
c) the right to request the Administrator to delete data (“the right to be forgotten”);
d) the right to request the Administrator to limit data processing;
e) the right to data portability;
f) the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest or to processing for the purpose of direct marketing;
g) the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority or supervisory authority of another European Union Member State competent for the place of habitual residence or work of the data subject or the place of the alleged violation;
h) the right to withdraw consent at any time;
i) the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the Administrator, to express one’s own position and to challenge the decision based on automated data processing.
10. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
